Moment Hill exists because I believe good ideas only matter when they can be put into practice.

After almost three decades in international business, I decided it was time to build something of my own. Starting a company from scratch was a reminder that experience only gets you so far. Running a business means wearing every hat: strategy, finance, legal, accounting, IT, marketing and sales. It forces you to keep learning.

Artificial intelligence became an important part of that process. Not because it replaces expertise, but because it makes expertise more effective. It helps me learn faster, challenge assumptions and spend more time solving problems instead of wrestling with administration.

That experience shapes Moment Hill. Good ideas are rarely the bottleneck. Turning them into something that works, inside a real business with real constraints, almost always is.

Moment Hill begins with hands-on consultancy. Working closely with clients keeps me close to real problems and allows me to develop practical solutions that prove themselves in practice. Over time, those solutions will evolve into frameworks, guides and digital products, making the same thinking available to a wider audience.
